UK Delivery

All balloon orders placed with B2BBalloons must meet a minimum order spend of £50 excluding VAT. Local currencies will be calculated at checkout automatically based on this GBP figure

We offer FREE next working day delivery for all UK mainland only- balloon orders only and over £50(excluding VAT). Express options before 1pm e.g and Saturday Deliveries are chargeable. 

Orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day via DPD. Orders placed after 4pm are dispatched the next working day. Some accessories may incur an additional shipping fee which is made clear at checkout. Please ensure you are happy with your purchase and read all terms and conditions prior to checking out. Once checked out you accept our full business to business terms in line with UK legislation and noted in this document which is binding. 

Deliveries to Northern Ireland will incur an additional charge, which is calculated at checkout.

Please note: While DPD aims for next working day delivery, this service is not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier issues or hub sorting delays. Delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of courier delay.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL Express Worldwide.

Delivery options include:
- DHL Express (1–2 working days)
- DHL Economy (3–5 working days)

All international shipments are customs cleared by DHL. Duties and taxes may be due on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. We will not be held liable for failed deliveries resulting from unpaid duties, taxes, or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses. B2Bballoons will not be held liable for any delay or loss created by the courier. It is up to the recipient to have business insurance in place to claim directly with the courier. Once we dispatch your order it is in the hands of the courier out with our control. Please note if you have a safe place enabled for your delivery , you accept full responsibility for the delivery of your parcel. The same rule applies to UK deliveries.

Returns are not accepted for failed international deliveries.

All international orders must meet our £50 minimum spend (excluding VAT). Rates below are based on 5kg packages on economy service. These rates increase automatically at checkout depending on the total weight of your parcel.
