B2BBalloons operates strictly under B2B (Business-to-Business) terms. As such, there is no automatic right to return goods due to change of mind or product expectation.
Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:
- Incorrect items were dispatched
- A delay in dispatch occurred due to our warehouse or operational handling
If you are eligible, we will cover return shipping costs. In all other cases (including dissatisfaction with product colour, over-ordering, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
Slight colour variations are not considered faults. Return requests must be authorised in writing before sending any item back.
All terms are accepted at checkout and apply to every order placed with B2BBalloons.
Statutory Export & International Shipping Compliance
When exporting goods from the UK to international destinations, B2BBalloons complies with the following key statutory requirements. These requirements help ensure that all shipments are handled properly, meet international trade laws, and are delivered efficiently and legally. Our partners DHL Express together with Ship Theory adheres and prepares all customs commercial invoices and data for us to send goods internationally.
General Export Obligations from the UK:
- Customs Declarations: A full customs declaration is required for all exports, including accurate commodity codes.
- Commercial Invoices: All international parcels must be accompanied by a commercial invoice detailing the contents, quantity, value, and country of origin.
- Certificates of Origin: May be required for certain destinations or to benefit from reduced tariffs under trade agreements.
- Export Licences: Specific goods (e.g. restricted or dual-use items) may require export licences under UK export control laws.
- Electronic Customs Data: This is mandatory for all parcels outside the UK (except to the EU from Northern Ireland).
International Destination Compliance:
- Duties & Taxes: The buyer is responsible for paying any duties and taxes required in the destination country. These charges must be paid for the parcel to be released from customs.
- Non-Delivery Liability: B2BBalloons is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect delivery information.
- Import Restrictions: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods ordered are permitted in the delivery country.
- Sanctions & Trade Embargoes: We do not ship to destinations subject to UK trade sanctions or embargoes.
- Local Standards: Some countries require additional certification or product compliance standards that the buyer must confirm locally.
